1. General Agreement
By accessing TXN Learning, you agree to these terms. This agreement governs your use of our student, teacher, and institutional portals. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Payment & Refunds
A. 48-Hour Window: Refund requests are only valid within 48 hours of payment. No exceptions will be made after this period.
B. Service Consumption: Once a program module is accessed or active, the service is considered used. Cancellations are not permitted after enrollment begins.
C. Fees: Transaction taxes and banking processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. User Responsibility
You must keep your account credentials secure. Any attempt to manipulate academic records, bypass security protocols, or engage in unauthorized sharing will result in an immediate account ban without refund.
4. Ownership & Copyright
All learning materials, software, and curriculum designs are the property of TXN Technology. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial sale of platform content is prohibited.
5. Service Limits
We strive for 100% uptime; however, TXN Learning is not responsible for access issues caused by the user's local hardware, software, or internet connectivity.
